Listing Rules

• Listings may be posted by individuals and legal entities aged 18 and older. • One listing — one vehicle. Posting multiple vehicles in a single listing is prohibited. • Listings must be placed in the appropriate category (car, motorcycle, or truck). • The listing language must match the selected site localization. • Duplicate listings of the same vehicle are prohibited.

• All information provided must be accurate: make, model, year, mileage, engine volume, fuel type, transmission type, drive type, color, VIN. • The price must be real and current. Listing artificially low prices to attract attention is prohibited. • Information about customs status, damage, and number of owners must be accurate. • The seller bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided. • Deliberate misrepresentation of data is grounds for account suspension.

• Photos must be actual images of the vehicle being sold. • Use of stock images, renders, or photos from the internet is prohibited. • Minimum 3 photos: exterior from front, side, and rear. • Photos must be clear, without watermarks from third-party services. • Adding text, advertising, or contact information to photos is prohibited. • Any damage must be visible in the photos.

• Vehicles that are stolen or have registration restrictions. • Vehicles without the right to sell (pledged, seized). • Listings containing offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content. • Advertising third-party services or products unrelated to selling a specific vehicle. • Contact information in the listing text, title, or photos (use built-in communication tools). • Any content that violates Georgian or international law.

• All listings are moderated before publication. • CROSS.GE administration reserves the right to refuse publication without explanation. • Administration may delete, edit, or block listings that violate these rules. • Repeated violations may result in temporary or permanent account suspension. • Administration is not responsible for transactions between platform users. • Moderator decisions are final.

• The seller bears full responsibility for the legality of the vehicle sale. • The seller guarantees the right to sell the listed vehicle. • CROSS.GE is a listing platform and is not a party to transactions. • CROSS.GE does not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by sellers. • Buyers must independently verify the technical condition and legal status of vehicles before purchase. • CROSS.GE is not liable for losses incurred as a result of transactions between users.

• CROSS.GE administration reserves the right to change these rules at any time. • The current version is always available on this page. • By continuing to use the platform after changes are made, you accept the updated rules. • Last updated: March 2026.
